Product Terms

Effective date: October 30, 2026 · Last updated: October 30, 2026

These Product Terms (Schedule B) are part of the Swade Soul Terms of Service between you and Swade Soul Enterprise LLC. Capitalized words have the meanings given in those Terms.

B1. AI, Voices and Likeness

Covers: any Service with AI voices, AI artists ("SI Artists"), AI DJs, voice personas, voice cloning, lip-sync, avatars or likeness tools.

  1. Consent is required. You may submit a voice recording, photo, video or other likeness of a person only if it is you, or you have that person's written, informed consent for the exact use (for example, creating a voice persona that will sing new songs or speak on air). For anyone deceased, you need consent from whoever controls their rights. We may ask for proof of consent at any time and remove anything we cannot verify.
  2. Voice and likeness records. We keep records of the voice personas and likeness models created on our Services, including who created them and when, and we may ask you to confirm consent at any time. You can ask us to delete a voice or likeness model of you at any time, including one someone else uploaded without your permission; contact legal@brainiak.live.
  3. No deception. You may not use AI voices or likenesses to impersonate a real person, to mislead listeners about who is speaking or singing, to endorse anything a person has not endorsed, for political deception, or for fraud.
  4. AI artists must be labeled. Every AI or SI Artist must be identified as AI at signup and on its profile, with its creator, producer, label and backstory listed. Do not present an AI artist as a human performer.
  5. Real-artist promotion. Real artists can be promoted in games and features only after they opt in and consent.
  6. Our AI DJs and voices are characters we own. They are AI and will say so if asked. Their on-air statements are entertainment and information, not advice.
  7. Your responsibility. You are responsible for all rights in any voice, likeness, sample or reference you provide, including under right-of-publicity and digital-replica laws.

B2. Music, Radio and Paid Promotion

Covers: Maestro Radio and its stations, ReSing Lab, MyDistribution, The League Sound, label and artist accounts.

  1. Submitting music. By submitting a track for airplay or distribution you confirm you control the master recording and the underlying composition (or have licenses for both), that any samples are cleared, and that the metadata, credits and splits you give us are accurate.
  2. Broadcast license. You grant us the right to broadcast, stream, rebroadcast, archive for replay, and play short excerpts of your track in promos for the station, for the plan period and as Section 6 of the Terms describes. Public performance royalties for our stations are handled as required by law and our licenses; your own performing-rights and neighboring-rights registrations remain your responsibility.
  3. Paid promotion is labeled. Paid airplay and sponsored songs are labeled as paid promotion in the station's Now Playing information, and our DJs say so when they introduce them. Sponsor messages are identified as ads. You may not ask us to hide that a play was paid for.
  4. Rotation plans. Plans buy an approximate number of scheduled plays in the time slots described at checkout. They do not buy listeners, streams, chart positions, sales, followers or any other result. Play times may move because of programming, live events, outages, content checks or rotation rules (for example, keeping a song at least two hours from its last play and keeping paid music a limited share of airtime). If we miss your plan's play count because of our error, we will make up the plays or credit you.
  5. Content checks. We may decline, edit for broadcast (for example, radio edits for explicit language), or remove any track or promotion that we reasonably believe infringes rights, breaks the law, or does not meet our programming standards. If we decline before airplay, we refund the unused plan.
  6. Distribution. For MyDistribution releases, delivery to stores and platforms depends on those platforms' own rules and approval. We do not control whether a platform accepts, keeps, ranks or pays for a release. Platform royalties are paid out as described in your plan, after platform fees and any amounts platforms withhold.
  7. DJ call-ins and shout-outs. If you call in, send a voice message or request a shout-out, you allow us to record it, edit it and broadcast it, and to have an AI DJ respond to it.

B3. Giveaways

Covers: any giveaway, free download, promo album, drop or "free to claim" offer announced on air or shown in the Services.

  1. Free to claim. Unless official rules say otherwise, a giveaway is free to anyone eligible who claims it while supplies last. No purchase or payment is ever necessary to enter or claim, and buying something does not improve your chances.
  2. Prize drawings. If a giveaway picks winners by chance, it will have its own official rules (sponsor, eligibility, entry period, how winners are chosen, odds, prize value) and is void where prohibited. Official rules control over this section.
  3. Who provides it. The artist, label or sponsor offering a giveaway is responsible for having the rights to give away what is offered. Downloads are for your personal use unless the giveaway says otherwise.
  4. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and follow the claim limits shown. We may disqualify anyone who uses bots, duplicate accounts or other abuse.

B4. Creator Content and Storefronts

Covers: Black Tales, TeachVirt, Get Sideloaded, YourOwn.delivery, OATHLOOM sites, and Maestro stations run by users.

  1. You are the seller. When you sell films, books, courses, apps, deliveries, products or services through a storefront, station or site you run on our platform, you are the seller and the provider to your customers, not us. You are responsible for your listings, prices, taxes, refunds you offer, customer service, licenses, permits, food-safety and delivery obligations, and compliance with laws that apply to your business.
  2. Your terms to your customers. You must show your customers your own terms and privacy notice for what you sell. We may provide templates; using them does not make us your lawyer or responsible for your compliance.
  3. Payouts. Payments to you may run through a third-party processor (for example Stripe Connect) and are subject to its terms, identity checks, holds and fees, and to our platform fee shown when you sign up.
  4. Apps and code in marketplaces. Apps and web apps listed in Get Sideloaded or built with OATHLOOM are made by their developers. We may review listings but do not guarantee any app's safety, privacy, quality or availability. Developers are responsible for their apps' behavior, data handling and rights in their code and assets.
  5. Courses and books. Instructors and authors are responsible for the accuracy of their material. Courses are educational and are not professional, legal, medical or financial advice.
  6. Read-along and previews. Book pages may be shown free while a chapter airs on a station; outside air time, the Service's normal preview-then-buy rules apply.

B5. Maps and Public Data (God's Eye)

Covers: the God's Eye feature in SSS Brain and any map, camera, flight, ship, weather, satellite or location feature.

  1. Public and authorized sources only. God's Eye shows information from public sources and providers we are authorized to use, such as public webcams, weather and satellite imagery, published flight and vessel positions, and public incident feeds. It does not give access to private cameras, private property or private data.
  2. Information only. Feeds can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Do not use God's Eye for navigation, emergency response, safety-critical decisions, or to locate or track any person.
  3. No surveillance of people. You may not use God's Eye or any map feature to stalk, monitor, identify, follow, locate or harass any individual, or to plan any unlawful act. We may log use to protect against misuse.
  4. Your location. If you choose "my location," your device shares its position with the Service for that request only. You can turn this off in your browser or device settings at any time.
  5. Third-party data remains subject to its providers' terms and attribution requirements.

B6. Digital Assets and Crypto

Covers: any Service that displays, issues, accepts, rewards or tracks tokens, coins, NFTs or other digital assets.

  1. Not investment advice and not an offer of securities. Nothing in the Services is investment, legal or tax advice, a recommendation to buy or sell anything, or an offer to sell securities. Digital assets shown or used in the Services are for utility, access or collecting purposes as described.
  2. High risk. Digital assets are volatile and can lose all value. Blockchain transactions are usually irreversible. Lost keys, mistaken addresses, smart-contract bugs, network failures, forks, hacks and changes in law can cause permanent loss. You are solely responsible for your wallets, keys and transactions.
  3. No custody unless stated. Unless a Service clearly says it holds assets for you, we do not hold your assets or keys.
  4. Your obligations. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you, including tax reporting, and for not using the Services to launder money, evade sanctions or commit fraud. We may block wallets or accounts linked to illegal activity.
  5. Availability. Some features may not be available where you live, and we may change or end them to follow the law.

B7. Permanent and Decentralized Storage

Covers: PinHub and any IPFS, blockchain or other decentralized storage or publishing feature.

  1. It may be permanent. Content published or pinned to IPFS or a blockchain can be copied and kept by other nodes and people. We cannot guarantee that anything published this way can be deleted, even if you remove it from our Services or close your account.
  2. Do not pin personal or sensitive information about you or anyone else, or anything you do not have the right to publish.
  3. Our pins. We keep content pinned only while your plan is active and paid. When pinning stops, content may become unavailable from our nodes.
  4. Takedowns. We will remove infringing or unlawful content from our own nodes and gateways when we receive a valid notice, but we cannot remove copies held by others.

B8. Media Tools

Covers: VideoSayWhat, AudiVid, captioning, transcription, audio extraction, visualizers and similar tools.

  1. Use only media you have rights to. Submit only audio or video you own, you have permission to process, or that you are otherwise legally allowed to use. Do not use our tools to download, copy or redistribute content in breach of copyright law or of the terms of the site the content came from (for example a video platform's terms).
  2. Your exports are your responsibility. You are responsible for how you publish anything you make with these tools, including music rights in the background audio.
  3. Processing. Media you upload is processed to perform the task and stored for the time shown in the tool, then deleted, unless you choose to save it.

B9. SSS Brain Plans and Licensing

Covers: SSS Brain (sssbrain.live) and its hosted and self-hosted editions.

  1. Hosted plan. The hosted plan is a recurring subscription for access to SSS Brain that we set up and run on our servers. It does not include source code, a perpetual license, or any right to resell, sublicense or white-label SSS Brain.
  2. Self-hosted license. The self-hosted license is a one-time purchase that lets you run your own copy of SSS Brain on a server you control, for your own business, and includes skill setup. You may not resell it, sublicense it, or offer it as a white-label product unless a separate written agreement says so. It is a license, not a sale: it is not a transfer of the underlying intellectual property or a perpetual assignment of ownership.
  3. What we keep. Swade Soul Enterprise LLC retains the SSS Brain platform, architecture, reusable workflows, prompts, code and all other underlying intellectual property.
  4. What you keep. You retain ownership of your business data and of content that is specific to your deployment.
  5. Bring your own API keys. If you connect your own third-party API keys or accounts, you are responsible for those accounts, for keeping the keys accurate and secure, and for every fee those providers charge. We do not pay your provider bills, and we are not responsible for providers' outages, price changes, policy changes or how they handle data on their own systems. Each provider's own terms also apply.
  6. Recording. Do not record other people without the consent required where you and they are.
  7. White-label editions are governed by their own written agreement, which controls over these Terms where they differ.

B10. Get Sideloaded Directory

Covers: Get Sideloaded (getsideload.com), its app directory, app checker and conversion service.

  1. A directory, not the developer. Listed apps are built, hosted and operated by independent developers, not by us. We do not control their content, data practices or availability. Opening or installing an app is between you and its developer. Get Sideloaded is not affiliated with Apple or Google.
  2. App checker. Use the app checker only on apps and systems you have the right to test. Scan results are a helpful guide, not a guarantee that an app will install or work on every device.
  3. Listing rules. By listing an app you confirm that you built it or have permission to list it and that what you submit is accurate; that it is served over HTTPS and works for the public at the URL you submitted; that it contains no malware, phishing, impersonation of other brands, deceptive payments, illegal content, or sexual content involving minors, and does not collect data without clear disclosure; that it links to a privacy policy if it collects personal data; and that you will keep it working.
  4. Our decisions. We may approve, decline, feature, re-categorize or remove any listing at our discretion. You allow us to display your app's name, description, icon and screenshots to promote your listing. You keep all ownership of your app.
  5. Conversion requests. When you request a conversion, we work only in a separate copy of your repository and never modify your original. You decide whether to use what we deliver.
